Summary: We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were very close to the downtown and right near the Mississippi River and walkway. We also took the shuttle service they offer to the train station.

Summary: We stayed on the sixth floor overlooking the Mississippi river. We walked into the room and it smelled like a musty damp basement. The room smelled that way during the entire stay. It was very uncomfortable. The room, including the bathroom, is dark. It’s just not very inviting.

Summary: This is a very nice waterfront hotel, clean, comfortable. The bar service was impeccable and we got to watch the Packers game! The food in the dining room is good but had to wait an hour plus to be seated because a 10 top was seated and they couldn't handle a table of two along with that in an otherwise empty restaurant.

Summary: Very pleasant and efficient lady at check in, room was clean also pleasant and the convenient location close to Riverside Park and downtown helped make our weekend enjoyable.

Summary: Great location and nice hotel. It is in walking distance to many restaurants and bars. The river walk is great. My only complaint is the coffee makers in the rooms are terrible. The lobby has a nice coffee station.

Summary: We stayed 2 days and enjoyed the river walk and the proximity to downtown. The bedding looked so new and fresh. The extra of a picnic basket lunch and dinner was a wow.
